The Waldo County Community Exchange is a free, member-run service that invites and enables neighbors to share their skills, while drawing out hidden talents and unfulfilled aspirations.  Together we are building networks of helpfulness and community that can provide true security and a high quality of life for all.

Typically, skills are valued equally at one Hour per hour worked, but the details of each exchange are negotiated by those involved. The Hours given and received are recorded by the WCCE accounting system.

We look forward to partnering with local service agencies and businesses, exchanging labor for meeting space, tickets, etc.
